Distance Does Not Matter When Permanence Matters
One of the most common questions we receive is: Can I find a clinic closer to home? The honest answer is: probably yes. The more important question is: Can I find the same combination of experience, method, skill, transparency and permanence closer to home? That answer has to be weighed by each person individually.
This section is for everyone who lives outside Delhi — in another city, another state or another country — and is wondering whether the journey is worth it.

Where Our Patients Travel From
People travel to Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic from almost every state of India — from the hill states to the south and the north-east — and from the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the UAE and the Gulf, Europe, Singapore, New Zealand, Africa and many other countries.
For more than four decades, the clinic has planned treatment around flights, train journeys, school holidays, work leave and family visits to India. Long-distance patients are not an exception at Valeda — they are a large and familiar part of everyday practice.

Permanence Matters More Than Proximity
The reason people travel is simple. Permanent hair removal is usually undertaken once — and the result lasts a lifetime. A programme of approximately 12–18 months replaces decades of threading, waxing, plucking or laser maintenance.
Seen that way, the extra hours of a journey are small against a lifetime without the problem. That is why, for so many patients, permanence becomes more important than proximity.

The Economics of Distance
A common worry is that travelling will add to the cost. But temporary methods continue for years, decades — sometimes a lifetime. Weekly facial waxing at ₹200–₹600 a session, for example, costs approximately ₹10,400–₹31,200 every year, with no end in sight.
Compare that with a complete permanent programme — Example 5 of Section 9, chin and under-chin with a history of tampering, is projected at ₹1,28,970 with programmes, paid in stages over 12–18 months. Even after adding travel, the permanent route usually costs less over the years. Evaluate lifetime cost — not today's cost alone.

We Understand the Value of Money
Money matters. The doctors at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic understand that treatment expenditure comes from hard-earned resources — and that a patient who travels also spends on tickets, stay and time away. That is exactly why this whole guide was built around the VU Method, Clearance Analysis, the First Clearance × 8 formula, the Mild–Moderate–Severe tables, transparent cost planning and payment structures — so that you can plan realistically before you set out.
Card rates are published openly, but actual expenditure is often much lower. Under offer, the 5+10 Introductory Programme brings the rate down to ₹2,000 per hour, reduced from the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour; inoculation privileges, packages and instalments help further. Offers are rarely available, so please confirm them on WhatsApp or telephone before planning travel.

Fewer Visits — Same Hours
Schedules can certainly be customised for long-distance and overseas patients. One principle, however, stays the same: fewer visits does not mean fewer treatment hours. The number of follicles to be treated does not change — only the way the work is grouped.
Fewer Visits ➜ Larger Crop Between Visits ➜ Similar Total Hours ➜ Greater Social Burden Between Sessions. Each visit is longer, and more hair is visible while you wait. Long gaps do not undo the treatment already done — the programme simply extends in proportion. Where possible, closer visits in the early months (even every 15 days) give the fastest progress.

Two Journeys, Two Very Different Plans
A young man of 28 from a hill state wrote to us about only 10–15 white beard hairs. His plan: constitutional medicines for about six months, and a single visit to Delhi to remove the existing white hairs — with a second or third visit only if resting hairs surface later (Section 9, Example 7).
A woman of 26 from a distant city, with PCOD and hair made worse by laser, needed a 150-hour programme over 12–18 months (Section 9, Example 1). Her visits are planned around her travel, with longer sittings on each trip. Two very different journeys — each estimated honestly before the first ticket is booked.

Between Visits — For Long-Distance and Overseas Patrons
What you do between visits matters as much as the visits themselves. Do: trim or shave if you need to, continue your constitutional medicines, follow your constitutional diet plan, and use your external applications as prescribed. Do not: wax, thread, pluck, tweeze or have laser — pulling hides follicles and adds hours to your programme (Section 3).
Stay in touch on WhatsApp or telephone between trips. The doctors can guide you on medicines and timing, and plan the hours for your next visit before you travel.

Beyond Hair Removal
Many people come to Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic only for permanent hair removal. Over time they often find more: better skin texture, and recovery from post-waxing damage, threading trauma and repeated pulling injury. For most patients, the telltale marks of earlier tampering have largely diminished within the first six months of treatment.
The aim has never been merely to remove hair. It is to help each person feel comfortable in their own skin — wherever they travel from.

Planning Your Journey
- Step 1 — Talk to us first: confirm the prevailing programmes and offers on WhatsApp or telephone (9313233341).
- Step 2 — Decide what to carry: ₹2,000 for consultation and demonstration only; ₹10,000 first instalment for programmes under 30 hours; ₹34,485 to begin a 30+ hour programme with 5+10.
- Step 3 — Schedule visits: closer visits early on where possible; longer sittings on each trip if you come from far away.
- Step 4 — Continue at home: medicines, diet, external applications — and no pulling.
Four decades of managing long-distance patrons have shown one thing clearly: distance does not matter when permanence matters. The next and final section sets out the international standards and professional background behind Valeda — and the Final Conclusion of this guide.

SUMMARY — SECTION 12 — DISTANCE DOES NOT MATTER
Proximity vs permanence: a closer clinic may exist — the question is whether it offers the same experience, method, skill and transparency.
Done once: permanent hair removal lasts a lifetime; a 12–18-month programme replaces decades of temporary methods.
Lifetime cost: weekly waxing costs ₹10,400–₹31,200 every year; evaluate lifetime cost, not today's cost alone.
Value of money: transparent planning tools, and ₹2,000 per hour under offer instead of the ₹6,000 card rate.
Long-distance plans: fewer visits do not mean fewer hours; long gaps do not undo treatment — the programme extends.
Between visits: trim or shave if needed; never pull. Four decades of managing patients from across India and abroad.
