Cost & Duration of Permanent Hair Removal

Section 9 — Practical Examples of Duration & Cost: Female Examples 1 to 6, With Real Patient Photographs

SECTION 9 — Practical Examples: Female Examples 1 to 6

Find the Example That Looks Like You

The examples below help prospective patients understand how duration and expenditure are estimated at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic. Every example uses a real patient photograph, so that you can find the case closest to your own and use its estimated cost as a financial planning benchmark — a budget you can plan around. Every budget is shown twice: at the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour, and with currently available programmes — so that you can see exactly how much the programmes save you. Each budget is the complete projection for the whole programme of 12–18 months — it is never required to be paid in one go.

These six are drawn from the records of thousands of patients whose problem has been corrected at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic over more than four decades. They are only some of them — and all of them now enjoy a completely hairless and spotless face. Even the telltale marks of earlier tampering by laser, threading, waxing or plucking have predominantly diminished within the initial six months of the treatment process.

Examples run from the most complex to the simplest. The first two involve PCOD / PCOS / PMOS — among the most common reasons women seek permanent hair removal at Valeda. The third is a woman over 40 with white facial hair — which laser cannot treat at all.

These examples are Educational Estimates — Not Quotations. Actual requirements may vary depending upon hormonal influences, density, previous hair removal history, biological response, compliance and treatment regularity.

Six real female cases side by side, each with its estimated total budget, so a reader can find the one that looks most like her own

Understanding the Five Components of Expenditure

Each example uses the same five components (explained in detail in Section 8):

  • Consultation Package — ₹2,000: once only, on the first visit (actual value approximately ₹2,800), including a procedure demonstration worth approximately ₹1,000.
  • Constitutional Oral Medicines — ₹1,500 per month: individually prescribed after complete case assessment.
  • Disposables & Consumables — ₹500 per visit: sterile single-use probes, pre-treatment hydration, consumables and your diet plan on the Valeda Patient Portal.
  • External Applications — ₹985 per set: five prescribed Valeda Herbal products (also on Amazon and Flipkart).
  • EBVHCM Procedure Charges: the principal component.

Three Payment Options for Procedure Charges

  • 5+10 Introductory Programme (rarely available — one time — 30-day validity): when the programme needs 30+ hours, 15 hours for ₹30,000. Remaining hours at the Inoculation Privilege rate of ₹2,400 per hour (also rarely available).
  • Promotional Package Rates: when 5+10 is not available or the programme is below 30 hours. Example: 10-hour package = ₹49,000 with 10+1 benefit (11 hours).
  • Card Rate: ₹6,000 per hour, payable per visit — no advance commitment required.
The five components of expenditure used in every example, and the three payment options: the 5+10 programme, promotional packages and card rate
Figure 2 — Understanding the Five Components of Expenditure

Example 1 — Female — PCOD / PCOS / PMOS + Paradoxical Hypertrichosis After Laser

  • Age: 26 years — resident of a distant city, travelling to Delhi specifically for treatment
  • Problematic area: Chin, Under-Chin, Side Face and finer hairs over the face, including the neck
  • Problem since: Approximately 5 years, with progressive worsening following laser sessions
  • Temporary methods adopted: Waxing every 7 days for approximately 4 years | Laser Hair Reduction — approximately 6 sessions over 18 months (last session approximately 2 years ago)
  • Last temporary removal: Waxing approximately 12 days before consultation
  • Medical history: Diagnosed with PCOD. Facial hair increased significantly following laser — clinically suggestive of Paradoxical Hypertrichosis. No significant voice deepening or masculinisation reported.

This example has no untampered category. Laser treatment is itself a form of tampering — it alters follicular anatomy, activates dormant follicles and, in susceptible individuals, contributes to Paradoxical Hypertrichosis. This is one of the most common groups travelling to Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic from distant states and overseas. The programme includes the neck, which contributes approximately 55% of the total facial beard follicular burden.

When You Have a History of Tampering — 150 Hours

Estimated 7–8 clearances over approximately 12–18 months — approximately 25 visits. EBVHCM procedure charges: 5+10 Introductory Programme (rarely available — one time — 30-day validity) 15 hrs = ₹30,000 + Inoculation Privilege (rarely available — remaining 135 hrs × ₹2,400) = ₹3,24,000 | Total = ₹3,54,000 | Card rate: 150 hrs × ₹6,000 = ₹9,00,000 | Saving = ₹5,46,000. The totals below are the complete projection for the full 12–18-month programme — they are not paid in one go.

First visit if starting treatment: ₹34,485 (Consultation ₹2,000 + 5+10 Intro Programme ₹30,000 + first month Constitutional Medicines ₹1,500 + one set External Applications ₹985). Consultation and demonstration only: carry ₹2,000.

Example 2 — Female — PCOD / PCOS / PMOS — Chin, Under-Chin & Side Face

  • Age: Approximately 28 years
  • Problematic area: Chin, Under-Chin and Side Face (both sides)
  • Problem since: Approximately 7 years
  • Temporary methods adopted: Waxing — every 7 to 10 days
  • Last temporary removal: Approximately 8 days before consultation
  • Medical history: Mild PCOD / PCOS / PMOS history. Testosterone within normal limits. No significant masculinisation reported.

Repeated waxing over multiple years is likely to have stimulated a substantial dormant follicular population.

When You Have a History of Tampering — 90 Hours

Estimated 7–8 clearances over approximately 12–18 months — approximately 15 visits. EBVHCM procedure charges: 5+10 Introductory Programme (rarely available — one time — 30-day validity) 15 hrs = ₹30,000 + Inoculation Privilege (rarely available — remaining 75 hrs × ₹2,400) = ₹1,80,000 | Total = ₹2,10,000 | Card rate: 90 hrs × ₹6,000 = ₹5,40,000 | Saving = ₹3,30,000. When You Do Not Have Any History of Tampering — 60 Hours

Estimated 5–6 clearances over approximately 8–12 months — approximately 10 visits. EBVHCM procedure charges: 5+10 Introductory Programme (rarely available — one time — 30-day validity) 15 hrs = ₹30,000 + Inoculation Privilege (rarely available — remaining 45 hrs × ₹2,400) = ₹1,08,000 | Total = ₹1,38,000 | Card rate: 60 hrs × ₹6,000 = ₹3,60,000 | Saving = ₹2,22,000. The totals below are the complete projection for the full 8–12-month programme — they are not paid in one go.

Example 3 — Female — Over 40 — White Facial Hair (Upper Lip, Chin, Under-Chin & Eyebrows)

  • Age: Approximately 46 years
  • Problematic area: Upper Lip, Chin and Under-Chin, with stray white hairs in and around the eyebrows
  • Problem since: Facial hair turning white or grey over approximately 6 years
  • Temporary methods adopted: Plucking with tweezers — every 3 days (tampered)
  • Last temporary removal: Plucking 3 days before consultation
  • Medical history: No significant medical history reported. Facial hair has turned white or grey with age.

Women over 40 with white facial hair form a large group that writes to us — because laser cannot treat white hair at all: white hair has no melanin for the laser to target. EBVHCM treats every hair colour equally, including stray white hairs in the eyebrows, which are removed one by one while the eyebrow shape is preserved. Plucking every 3 days makes this a severe case: the first clearance needs approximately 6 hours over 3 visits, and with the Factor-of-8 for pulled hair (Section 3) the total becomes approximately 6 × 8 = 48 hours. Had the hair been left untampered — trimmed or shaved, never pulled — the total would have been approximately 6 × 5 = 30 hours.

When You Have a History of Tampering — 48 Hours

Estimated 7–8 clearances over approximately 12–18 months — approximately 10 visits. Example 1 has no untampered category — laser is itself a form of tampering. 'With Programmes' uses the 5+10 Introductory Programme, Inoculation Privilege or promotional packages, which are rarely available and must be confirmed. Every total is the complete projection for the whole programme (12–18 months with a history of tampering) and is paid in stages, not in one go. All figures are educational estimates based on 41+ years of clinical experience.

Notice how much a history of tampering adds. Waxing, threading and laser do not just fail to solve the problem — they add hours, months and cost to the permanent solution. The earlier you stop pulling and start permanent treatment, the smaller your budget.

Important Transparency Note

These examples are Educational Estimates — Not Quotations. Offers are not rates. The 5+10 Introductory Programme is rarely available, applies one time only, and its 15 hours must be consumed within 30 days. The Inoculation Privilege is also rarely available. Both may be modified, suspended or withdrawn without prior notice. Please confirm prevailing programme structures on WhatsApp or telephone before planning travel.

Card Rate Safety Rule: the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour remains the reference at all times. Hours given never run ahead of the amount paid, and any early settlement is calculated at card rate — a 5+10 programme then counts as 5 hours, not 15.

Your First Step — What to Carry

  • Programme of 30+ hours, with 5+10 available: ₹34,485 (consultation + 5+10 programme + first month's medicines + one set of external applications).
  • 15-hour or 10-hour programme: ₹10,000 first instalment — this reduces the initial burden only; nothing is waived.
  • Consultation and demonstration only: ₹2,000.

Your first visit takes about an hour. The doctors at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic will tell you which example your case is closest to — and give you your own estimate of hours, months and cost. Male examples continue on the next page of Section 9.

What to carry for your first visit: ₹34,485 for programmes of 30+ hours with 5+10, ₹10,000 first instalment for smaller programmes, or ₹2,000 for consultation and demonstration only

SUMMARY — SECTION 9 — FEMALE EXAMPLES

Find your match: six real female cases from among thousands corrected at Valeda — from PCOD / PCOS / PMOS with laser-worsened hair and white facial hair after 40, to upper lip + mild chin.

Budget range (with programmes, tampered): from ₹95,970 (reduced from ₹1,15,970 at card rate) to ₹3,90,440 (reduced from ₹9,36,440).

Tampering costs more: waxing, threading and laser add hours, months and cost to the permanent solution.

Duration: 7–8 clearances over approximately 12–18 months for cases with a history of tampering.

Paid in stages: every amount is the complete projection for a 12–18-month programme — paid through the first visit, instalments and per-visit costs, never in one go.

Offers: 5+10 and inoculation are rarely available; the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour remains the reference.
