Section 8 — Scientific Understanding of Treatment Expenditure: The Five Cost Components, Offers, Instalments and What to Carry
SECTION 8 — Scientific Understanding of Treatment Expenditure
We Know You Have Worked Hard for This Money
Before we discuss any numbers on this page, we want to say something simple. The individuals who come to Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic — whether from Delhi or from Dubai, whether for upper lip hair or for complete beard removal — have in most cases already spent years and significant amounts of money on temporary solutions that did not solve the problem. Threading. Waxing. Laser. Repeated sessions. Repeated disappointments.
You arrive here not because you are reckless with your money. You arrive here because you are serious about finally solving the problem. The doctors and experts at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic take that seriously. This section exists to make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for — every rupee of it — before you make any commitment.
Treatment Expenditure Is Divided Into Five Components
Understanding each component separately protects you from surprises during the programme. It also helps you plan month by month, rather than facing an unexpectedly large number at any single point.

Component 1 — Consultation Package — ₹2,000
One time only — on your first visit. The actual combined value of your first visit at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic is approximately ₹2,800. It is presently offered at an introductory discounted package of ₹2,000.
| Component | Approximate Value |
|---|---|
| Consultation Charges | ₹800 |
| 10-Minute EBVHCM Procedure Demonstration | ₹1,000 |
| Single-Dose Constitutional Medicine During Treatment | ₹500 |
| Disposables & Consumables | ₹500 |
| Approximate Combined Value | ₹2,800 |
| Introductory Discounted Package | ₹2,000 |
The first visit is designed as a comprehensive planning session — not a quick assessment. The doctors at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic will take approximately one hour to understand your complete history, assess your condition, estimate your duration, estimate your expenditure, prepare your Constitutional Diet Plan and give you a live demonstration of the procedure itself. You leave your first visit knowing exactly what the programme involves, what it will cost and what to expect — with no obligations. If you prefer to attend only for consultation and demonstration first, simply carry ₹2,000.

Component 2 — Constitutional Oral Medicines — ₹1,500 per Month
Constitutional oral medicines are not simply supplements. They are individually prescribed homeopathic medicines based on your complete constitutional assessment — your hormonal profile, your general health, your specific hair growth pattern and your long-term biological needs. Their purpose:
- Constitutional support throughout the programme
- Hormonal balance support wherever required
- Reduction of fresh follicular activation wherever possible
- Long-term biological monitoring and stability
For individuals with PCOD, PCOS, PCOMS, hormonal facial hair or stress-associated hair growth, these medicines are particularly important. They are one of the components that make EBVHCM different from a purely procedural approach. Approximate annual expenditure: ₹1,500 × 12 months = ₹18,000.

Component 3 — Disposables & Consumables — ₹500 per Visit
Every visit at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic involves consumables that directly contribute to the quality and safety of your treatment. These include:
- Sterile disposable electrolysis probes (used once and discarded — never reused)
- Mucopolysaccharides for deep pre-treatment hydration (improves treatment speed and efficacy)
- Disposable acupuncture needles where required
- Cataphoresis neutralisation
- Conductive gels and clinical consumables
- Single-dose constitutional medicine during the procedure
- Constitutional Diet Plan uploaded on the Valeda Patient Portal
The mucopolysaccharide pre-treatment hydration is not a cosmetic step. It improves the electrical conductance of the follicle, increases treatment speed and reduces discomfort. It is one of the reasons why treatment at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic is faster than at many other clinics with comparable equipment.

Component 4 — External Applications — ₹985 per Set
These are prescribed Valeda Herbal products, each serving a specific clinical function during your treatment programme:
| Product | Price | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Aloe & Neem Face Wash | ₹225 | Removes water-soluble impurities before treatment |
| Neem Skin Toner | ₹300 | Aids cleansing and maintains an infection-free environment |
| Carota Barrier Cream | ₹350 | Preserves the skin's protective barrier |
| Hand Rub Spray | ₹50 | Preserves an infection-free treatment zone |
| Neem Instant Skin Conditioner | ₹60 | Roll-on deep-layer hydration and nourishment |
| Total per Set | ₹985 |
Also available on Amazon and Flipkart under the brand Valeda Herbal — reorder conveniently between visits, wherever you are.

Component 5 — EBVHCM Procedure Charges
This is the principal component of treatment expenditure. It depends upon the area involved, follicular density, hair thickness, hormonal influences, previous tampering history and total treatment hours required. The indicative rates are in the Session Price List in Section 7 — but before applying any rate to your hours estimate, please read the offers and safeguards below.
The Valeda Patient Portal
Every patient at Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic is given a unique interactive ID and password on the Valeda Patient Portal. Uploaded and maintained for your account: problem description; how to take oral medicines; how to apply external applications; precautions; Constitutional Diet Plan; limitation note; invoices, receipts and account ledger; chat with your doctor; and progressive photographs — viewable by both the doctor and you through a private, secured, password-protected interface.
Your treatment is not something that happens only in the clinic. It continues at home — through the medicines you take, the diet you follow, the products you apply and the photographs you upload. The portal is the thread that holds all of this together between visits.

Understanding Offers, Packages and Actual Expenditure
Here is something important that most people do not realise until they are already in treatment:
The card rate is the ceiling — not the floor.
Card rates are published transparently as the permanent reference standard. They are the basis for all calculations. But the actual rate most patients pay is substantially lower — because of introductory programmes, package structures, inoculation privileges and instalment arrangements. Card rates are permanent reference values. Offers are temporary opportunities.
Make hay while the sun shines. If a genuine programme is active when you enquire, confirm it before planning your visit. Waiting has a cost — both financial and in terms of the treatment you could already be receiving.

The 5+10 Introductory Programme
Rarely available — one time only — 15 hours must be consumed within 30 days. When available: purchase 5 hours and receive 10 hours additional = 15 hours total for ₹30,000.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Card Rate Value | ₹90,000 |
| 5+10 Programme Value | ₹30,000 |
| Benefit | ₹60,000 |
| Effective Hourly Cost | ₹2,000 per hour |
| Validity | 30 days — one time only |
This programme is particularly important for individuals travelling from other cities. When 15 hours of treatment can be obtained for ₹30,000, the economics of travelling to Delhi look very different from the card-rate calculation.
Important: the 5+10 Programme applies when your total programme requires 30 hours or more — enough to practically consume 15 hours within 30 days. For smaller programmes, the best available promotional package rates apply. However, even for smaller programmes, 5+10 can be availed if inoculation is planned (explained below).

What Is Inoculation?
Rarely available. If during your 5+10 programme you have not been able to consume all 15 hours within the 30-day window, you can prevent the unused hours from being wasted by paying a token advance — 25% of your next intended package — before the window expires. This token payment is called Inoculation. It locks in your continuation, and the unused hours carry forward.
Example — 30-hour programme: 5+10 intro ₹30,000 for 15 hours. Only 10 hours consumed in 30 days. Next package: 15-hour promo = ₹70,000. Inoculation token = ₹17,500 (25%); balance ₹52,500 in 2 instalments. Total: ₹30,000 + ₹70,000 = ₹1,00,000 for 30 hours. Card rate: ₹1,80,000. Saving: ₹80,000.
Example — 20-hour cheekbone programme: 5+10 intro ₹30,000 for 15 hours. Only 5 more hours needed. 5-hour promo = ₹27,000, paid before 5+10 expires. Total: ₹57,000 for 20 hours. Card rate: ₹1,20,000. Saving: ₹63,000.
These totals cover the complete programme. They are paid in stages — the first visit, a token, and instalments — never in one go.

The Card Rate Safety Rule, Instalments and What to Carry
The card rate of ₹6,000 per hour remains the reference rate at all times. Package and programme benefits apply only when the package is completed as intended.
Two protections follow from this rule:
- While paying in instalments: treatment hours given will not exceed the amount paid so far ÷ ₹6,000. Example: you have paid ₹30,000, so up to 5 hours (₹30,000 ÷ ₹6,000) are given until the next instalment is received.
- If a programme is concluded or settled prematurely: the calculation is made at the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour. A 5+10 programme is then counted as 5 hours (₹30,000 ÷ ₹6,000) — not 15.
This keeps the financial arrangement between you and Valeda Skin & Hair Clinic transparent and equitable at all times.
Payment in instalments. For programmes where the full package amount cannot be paid in one visit, a structured instalment arrangement is available. Instalments are rounded upwards. Where instalments are unequal, the smallest is always the last.
| Programme | First Visit | Instalment 1 | Instalment 2 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15-Hour Promo (₹70,000) | ₹10,000 | ₹30,000 | ₹30,000 | ₹70,000 |
| 10-Hour Promo (₹49,000) | ₹10,000 | ₹20,000 | ₹19,000 | ₹49,000 |
| Situation | Amount to Carry |
|---|---|
| Starting treatment — programme 30+ hours | ₹34,485 |
| Starting treatment — programme 15 hours | ₹10,000 first instalment |
| Starting treatment — programme 20 hours (Option A) | ₹10,000 first instalment |
| Starting treatment — programme 20 hours (Option B, with 5+10) | ₹30,000 for 5+10 Intro |
| Small programme / pay per visit at card rate | ₹10,485 |
| Consultation and demonstration only | ₹2,000 |
The ₹10,000 first instalment reduces the initial burden only — consultation, medicines and external applications remain payable as they arise; nothing is waived. Section 9 shows 12 complete worked examples — from a 2-hour white hair programme to a 150-hour paradoxical hypertrichosis case.

SUMMARY — SECTION 8
Your money is respected here: five components, each with a clear purpose.
The five components: Consultation ₹2,000 (once) ➜ Medicines ₹1,500/month ➜ Disposables ₹500/visit ➜ External Applications ₹985/set ➜ Procedure charges as per programme.
Valeda Patient Portal: your treatment follows you home — diet, medicines, invoices, doctor chat and progress photographs.
Card rate is the ceiling, not the floor: the 5+10 Introductory Programme (₹2,000 per hour) and packages reduce it substantially.
Protection: the card rate of ₹6,000 per hour stays the reference — hours never run ahead of payment, and any early settlement is calculated at card rate. Instalments are available; inoculation preserves your investment.
Next: Section 9 brings it all together in 12 complete worked examples.
